1. Where do your teas come from?
Our teas are rigorously selected at source. The blends are then manufactured and packaged in France.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 48 hours. Delivery is generally made within mainland France within 2 to 5 business days. No international delivery is currently available.
3. Do you offer a monthly subscription?
Not yet, but it's in the works! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified as soon as it launches.
4. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. Our packaging is simple, elegant, and designed to be recyclable as much as possible.
5. How to brew tea correctly?
Each bag includes brewing instructions (temperature and time). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
